Who we are

waxmats.co.uk is run by Michael Henry Dicker (sole trader, trading as WAXMATS), 54 Kings Hill, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8QH. Contact: materialmike@gmail.com.

Orders

When you check out, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

Custom slipmats

By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and that it isn’t unlawful or infringing. We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order whose artwork we believe infringes someone’s rights or is offensive. You keep ownership of your artwork; you give us permission to use it only to produce and deliver your order.

Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed felt. Small variations in placement (up to 2 mm) are normal for printed and cut products.

Cancellations and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for an exclusive (non-personalised) design within 14 days of delivery. Return the item unused within 14 days of telling us and we’ll refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it.

Custom slipmats are made to your specification and are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of your order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
