Delivery
We ship across the UK with tracked delivery for £3.95, free on orders over £50. Every mat, including custom designs, is printed to order and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Returns
Changed your mind about an exclusive design? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send it back unused for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
Custom slipmats are made to your specification, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll reprint or refund it. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Artwork guide
- Size: square images work best. For sharp prints use 3600 × 3600 px for 12" and 2100 × 2100 px for 7" (300 dpi).
- Formats: JPG or PNG. iPhone HEIC photos may need converting; most phones export JPG automatically when uploading.
- Safe area: turn on “Show safe area” in the designer and keep text and faces inside the dashed line. The very edge and the centre spindle hole may be trimmed.
- Colour: screens glow and felt doesn’t, so very dark or neon colours print a little more muted.
- Rights: only upload artwork you own or have permission to use. We may decline designs that use other people’s logos, characters or photos.
- Text: add your name or DJ name with the Text tool, straight or curved round the mat. Keep it inside the safe area and use the Outline option on busy backgrounds.
- Zoetrope animations: space your drawings evenly around a ring and use the animation preview to check timing at 33⅓ or 45.
FAQ
What are the mats made of?
Our standard 12" and 7" mats are 16oz 100% polyester felt, 2 mm thick, with an edge-to-edge printed top and a lightly glazed underside, so they slip cleanly for cueing and back-spins. 12" mats are 11.75" (298 mm) across and 7" mats are 18 cm.
The 12" Fatty is 100% polyester felt, 3 mm heavy: the same 11.75" (298 mm) size and the same print as the 12", just thicker, with more cushion and weight on the platter.
What’s the difference between the 12" and the 12" Fatty?
Same diameter (11.75", 298 mm) and the same edge-to-edge print. The standard 12" is 2 mm 16oz felt with a lightly glazed underside; the Fatty is 3 mm heavy felt, for extra cushion and a more solid feel. If your tonearm height is set very precisely, the extra 1 mm may need a small adjustment.
Will my 12" mat fit my deck?
Our 12" mats are 11.75" (298 mm) across, the standard size for Technics-style turntables and most home decks.
Can I see my design before it’s printed?
The designer shows exactly what we print. If something looks wrong when we check your file, we’ll email you before printing.
Can I save my design and buy it later?
Yes. In the designer, press “Save design to my account”. Enter your email and we’ll send a sign-in link, no password needed. Your saved designs are under Account, ready to open, edit and buy whenever you like.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also see the status of every order under Account, if you signed in with the email you used at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UK?
UK only for now. Get in touch if you’d like a quote for international delivery.
Can I order in bulk for my label or event?
Yes. Email us with quantities and sizes and we’ll quote trade pricing.
